Grace Sherman-White
Licensed professional counselor

Hello, I'm Grace Sherman-White, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals build stronger foundations for a more fulfilling life.
I utilize a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy to empower clients to navigate life's challenges. However, I am open to using any theory that supports the client.
I specialize in supporting individuals to improve self-esteem, develop healthy boundaries, and create meaningful change. My approach emphasizes self-compassion, resilience, and the power of rewriting your own story. If you're ready to cultivate greater self-worth and establish healthier relationships, I'm here to support you on your journey.
Driven by a passion for service, I transitioned to counseling after 16+ years in audiology. My experience supporting people with hearing and speech challenges instilled in me a deep empathy and a desire to help others find healing medically and mentally. For the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working with children at risk, college-age students, young and middle age adults, and senior citizens. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, nature, and spending time with family, friends, and my fur children.
I am committed to helping you take the first steps toward healing and creating a life where you feel empowered and respected. The first step is giving the office a call for your appointment. If you've read this far, you're already one step closer to making positive change.
