Hi, I’m Lindsey.

My passion is all things women's counseling with a primary focus on perinatal counseling. Topics such as infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal changes are all encompassed in this. Women face many challenges that involve their mental and physical health throughout their lives. I believe holistic counseling creates a unique form of care that women naturally thrive in.

Alongside perinatal counseling, I also work with more generalized mental health topics to serve as many people as possible. Issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, marriage, parenting, child illness, grief, and life changes are all things I am familiar with. This knowledge allows me to expand my client base further to men, teens, and couples.

I primarily utilize person-centered and cognitive-behavioral theories. I believe in meeting my clients where they are in terms of mental and spiritual beliefs, to create a safe space that best fits them.

 

My goal is to support others and be a positive light in an often-challenging world. I look forward to meeting with you!
