Olivia Chesnutt
Counseling intern
(under the supervision of Dr. Mindy Landrum, LPC, Supervising Counselor)

Hi. I'm Olivia.
I love working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, trauma, and the transition into adulthood. My approach is gently grounded in person-centered, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and narrative therapies, meeting everyone right where they are.
In our time together, we will look beyond symptom management, which rarely tells your whole story. Beneath anxiety, depression, conflict, or feeling "stuck," there is often a meaningful effort to connect, belong, or understand oneself. I am passionate about helping clients explore beneath the surface with curiosity and compassion, recognize their patterns, and build a deeper, kinder relationship with themselves.
Rather than trying to fit into anyone else's expectations, we will create a safe, supportive space that fosters the self-understanding you need to author a new chapter of your own story."
